How will the power outage affect my ability to do work during the maintenance?

What services will still be available during the maintenance?
Please click on the "Services" tab in the navigation bar above to see a list of services that will be available during the power maintenance.
   
I use UNM Learn at one of the Branch campuses. Will it be affected? 
Yes, UNM Learn will be unavailable for everyone.  
  
When will UNM Learn become unavailable?
UNM Learn will be unavailable starting at 4:30am Saturday, May 26. Service will be restored once the maintenance is complete. An all-university email will be sent once the Learn service is restored and available for use.
      
What is the schedule for services to come down?
The scheduled window for the outage is on the "Home" page. See the "Services" tab on this site for a list of the services that will be available or unavailable during the power maintenance.

How do I get progress updates during the weekend of power maintenance?
Updates will be posted to UNM ITAlerts.

How do I contact someone with questions or concerns?
Please click on the "Contact Us" tab in the navigation bar above to send an email to the IT project team.

Will campus pods be available during the maintenance?
The schedule for computer pods on the Albuquerque campus can be found at http://it.unm.edu/pods/locations.html.

Will the blue light phones on the Albuquerque campus work during the scheduled maintenance window?
Yes.

Will the Albuquerque campus phone services be available during the scheduled maintenance window?
Yes.

What fun activities are available to replace the time I would have spent working?
Albuquerque and New Mexico have many fun activities planned during the Memorial day weekend.
